Not typically on a 3" kit. I have the rough country 3" kit with full leaf packs and have had no problems so far with what they supply. Only thing you may want to look into is a Slip Yoke Eliminator (SYE). If you have drive shaft vibrations this can correct it. Some people complain about his happening with a 3" kit, but it hasnt happened to most people. A cheaper way to correct the vibes would be a transfer case drop to keep a good shaft angle. Most kits allow you to keep a mainly stock suspension without any major modifications to stock drive-ability.

Well it took about 3 hours on a lift and it came with all the shocks, steering stabilizer, new coil lift springs, rear leaf springs, new u bolts, and all the hardware I needed to complete the kit.

In the rear you can use at 95 YJ rear brake line as it has the same connectors as theXJ and is the same Rubber hose and OEM specs but it is 3"s longer. it is what i use. Also, for the front you can relocate or get new stainless steel lines.

here is an article on relocating the front:

http://liftyourxj.com/tweaks.html

here is the napa part number for the rear brake line:

UP 38845

here is a great article that used all YJ bake lines front and rear:

http://www.madxj.com/MADXJ/technical...eHosesOnXJ.htm

hope this helps
