hey guys i was wondering what type/brand lift i should get. just looking for opinions you know pros/cons ect. long arm/short arm, and size to fit like 31's or 33's without cutting. i dont have my xj yet just doing some research but it will be a 90's xj if that helps any. the rig will be used as i DD but will be wheeled on the weekends. thanxs in advanced.

Anywhere from 3" to 4" will get you rolling around on 31's!

Rough Country is just one of many of the popular lifts around here. However i am a big fan of Rubicon Express. I'm putting my money together for a RE 3.5" Super-Flex kit, with 3/4" Spacers and 1" Rear Shackles.

We would suggest getting as much lift as your budget allows, and stay away from Spacers over 2", and Add-a-Leafs(AAL's) SUCK!!!

Jim thanx for the advice.add a leaf i never even considered cause i feel whats the point if your gonna do it just put a whole new pack in. And i have never been i fan of blocks.

see what you can find on craigslist in your area. i found a whole 4.5" rough country lift when i upgraded that only had 100 miles on it for $65 (the jeep was totaled and he just wanted to get it out of his garage). I have since upgraded to 6.5". with 4.5" lift i ran 31's with no issues and my 33"s with trimming
