well I got pulled over the other day because my light bove my rear license plat was out. I figured that this was just a bad bulb. How do I go about changing this bulb?

 

take out the 2 screws that hold the plastic piece over your light bulb than pull it out..... than pull out the bulb and replace it with another just did it to mine a week ago haha

 

I tried replacing a friends in his jeep but after replacing it the light still would not turn on.. any ideas? also his high mount brake light will not work after replacing that as well!! all help is appreciated. I'll get him to sign up tomorrow his cherokee has quite a few fun wiring problems! lol thanks again!

 

Scan the wiring to those defective lights... If the bulbs are OK then it must be the wires...
