Just got a new surco the other day well new to me its 45"x60" i mounted it to my stock crossbars i really like it i have to KC's and reverse lights and i threw my spare up there for kicks and just tied it down. heres a pic I got the rack with the KC's for 225 off of jeepforum

Surco makes it...its aluninum i can pick it up by myself and put it on the jeep and they offer all types of mounts and extras for it.

i have that warrior products rack with hi-lift mount, shovel and axe mounts. it does come with light tabs standard. but i don't have the wind deflector. don't want it.

i can say though, that i've had more than 500 pounds loaded on the rack with probably another 500 inside and wheeled a 6hr long trail full of rocks with no problem.
however, i wouldn't do much off camber with that much weight up there tho, it gets pretty scary. even with the sway bars disconnected while on the highway. had to stop and reconnect. it was too much.

but great rack, it takes a beating off trees also and hasn't bent yet.

i bought mine used for 300 canadian. worth every penny.

 

yea im actually thinkin bout the warrior rack with the rain gutter mounts!
