Default Left Rear Brake Sticking... stumped.

Hello everyone, long time lurker, first time poster.

Riding in a '96 Cherokee Sport right now and I love her to death. Recently moved into the city and therefore have nowhere to work on her myself.. have to trust the local mechanics.

Regardless. my left rear brake is sticking/locking up after I drive for a while, but only when I'm braking anyway. It doesnt lock up until I hit a fairly low speed which means that the only time I notice it is when I'm driving in the city, going 10-15 and stopping regularly. It seems like it happens more often, and 'harsher' after I've been driving for 30-45 minutes ++. I've got new brakes, less than 3 months old, on the front and back. Have a new master cylinder and took it to a trusted mechanic in the Dirty Jerz who told me that I don't have leaky wheel cylinders in the back.

It's more than a bit unsafe, and more than more than a bit embarrassing to have that wheel lock up, causing me to skid loudly, when I'm driving. I've hopefully done my due diligence and not painfully reposted a solved problem.

Thanks for all the help gents, looking forward to having some knowledge dropped by those more experienced.

What's that a strip club?

On to your question, you'll have to pull the brake drum and have a look. At the very least could be a self adjuster gone haywire or a wheel cylinder and the pistons won't retract, brake return springs worn out, etc, etc,.........
