Has anybody replaced their brake/turn signal/reverse bulbs with LED bulbs? I thought I read somewhere that you may need to get a new blinker thing because of the lower electrical currant needed, is this true?

Do you recommend it or not?

Also interested in replacing the interior bulbs with the white LEDs.

I want to do this because I'm interested in not having to change the bulbs for a very long time. I have UK Jeep Cherokee tail lights on my 99 and the turn signal bulbs are hard to replace because for some reason the amber housing in the UK has a different seal thread pattern from the US amber housing. So the less I have to change it, the better.
