Leaking Windshield Help
My XJ had a new windshield when I bought it 3 months ago and today after a heavy rain, I noticed a little water dripping near where the head liner meets the windshield, just below the passenger side visor. A closer look revealed a little wet spot on the edge of foam headliner. Can the windshield be resealed on the outside under the rubber trim or do I need to take it all the way out and reseal the whole thing?

Look under the top of the A-pillars and under the plastic/rubber trim for rust. Ive patched a leaky windshield with silicon but the damage was already done thanks to the rust belt, didnt keep it long due to flint-stoning it around.
