Default Leaking what it seems to be trans fluid

I Have a 2001 Cherokee with 95,000 miles and I-6 with automatic transmission. My problem is I'm leaking trans fluid somewhere but can't find out where from. Could anyone give me any advice on how to trace the leak or fix it

With any leak, follow it to it's highest point because gravity takes it's course with a leak. You can't have a leak going up unless it is pressure related.
If the leak is that heavy, I'd get some cleaner and do the whole transmission and undercarriage where there may be fluid splattered. Drive it for a few hours here and there and park it over some cardboard. Look and see where the drips are coming from.

If it's closer to the front of the trans, it could be a front pump seal or front output shaft seal. Center location could be leaking at the case or one of the switches. Towards the rear it could be transfer case housing, or output shaft seal leaking. Goodluck.

Id also check the Tcase. The Tcase also uses tranny fluid and its a pretty common area to leak if its coming from the back of the tailshaft where your driveshaft goes in. You just specified that it looks like trans fluid so check both the trans and Tcase.

Clean everything off with brake parts cleaner. Take it for a spin, and look again.

If its been leaking awhile, most likely the fluid has been blown around a bit.

Well I plan on doing a oil change on Saturday then cleaning up underneath the truck then driving it around for a bit. Hopefully it's not a expensive fix
