My Jeep leaks when it rains! Here's what I've noticed. When it rains, it leaks on the passenger side front floor where you would expect the heater core to leak, only it's not the heater core. It's rain water. It runs down onto the floor mat, not under the carpet, so I'm trying to figure out where it's coming from. Any ideas? Is there a drain port somewhere that might be stopped up?

Your windshield is most likely leaking. I'd check out the seal around the outside to make sure its still in good shape and look around the edge on the interior for any signs of discoloration around the top of the dash/edge of the windshield.

The cowl drain will allow water to run into the passenger side floor if it is plugged. This is a well known problem with some Jeep models. Pull the cowl off and check that the drain is clear, run a stiff wire down it to force any leave debris out and you should be good.

Thanks. I suspected some kind of drain was plugged. I took the cowl off, but you can't really see anything so I just hit with compressed air and leaves went flying out so tomorrow morning I'm going to get into it a little more.
