Late Shifting AW4

Engine: 4.0L, CAI, Edelbrock Breather, Optima Yellowtop
My trans is starting to shift late. I used to have my shift points with a light foot at 2100 RPM. Now I'm shifting at around 2500 RPM and sometimes I have to let up on the gas to get it to shift. My friend and I threw a little more tranny fluid in to see if it would fix the issue and it really didn't do much of anything.
So basically since I haven't worked on an AW4 before, let me know what you think the issue is, if there is any. I have no clue if it's normal to shift really late on cold days. Also what do I have to fix to get my Jeep back to normal?

Your kickdown cable is a cakewalk to re-adjust. It is basically a cable that connect the tranny to the throttle body, and shifts according to the throttle's position.
