Default Late model front exhaust insulator bushing

Does anyone have recommendations for a replacement for the front exhaust insulator on the 1997 and later XJ’s with the AW4? I have the A5208 bushing that is close, but will need some
modifications to work. Any ideas are appreciated.

There's not much available that won't need the same basic mods..And it's rubber so it should be easy to modify... There's no direct fit if that's what you're looking for....

Is this the bushing thats tubular and holds the exhaust pipe off the xfer case?I bought one this winter but have not installed it yet it was part number 52085085. I got it on ebay and it appears to be the same as the mopar part but not as expensive. That is the mopar part number so i can only assume same. None of the pictures of any of them had dimensions so they only visually look the same. Why does yours need to be modified? And if yours does, then mine will probably be the same.

Crown Automotive 52005797 is the direct fit for that hanger. Avoid the universal rubber ones they melt quick. If you can’t find it, a generic exhaust isolator from Dorman with a little trimming works fine.
