it could be several things, i would try cracking the diff case and checking you ring and pinion and see if anything is stripped. but does it do that while driving straight??

I would star with the u-joints in the front axle if it only does it while turning.

is it locked in 4wd or not ? if it is i would try checking the splines on the front driveshaft first then the u joints out by the wheels if it is in 2wd i would check the ujoints by the wheels first good luck
