Everytime i press the gas too hard the front knocks loudly so i have to take off slowly ALL the time... can anyone help me with what this is

 

Need more info. Knocking doesnt really tell us anything. Could be the suspension, or the engine. Does it idle smooth? Is the CEL on or flashing while you drive or accelerate? Does it do it in park when you give it gas? Have you crawled under it and checked the suspension for any play? Can you feel anything in the steering wheel when it does this? Check videos on Youtube for engine knock, noisy lifters, etc., to see if anything sounds similar. The more info, the better.
