i have a similar problem with the battery drainage. Unfortunately, it's kinda random when it happens so is hard to diagnose w/o going through the entire electrical system with a multi-meter. One of the things I had noticed was causing the drain is after I replaced my power booster, the brake pedal sticks a little at the top end, so after I park, sometimes the brake lights will stay on. I just have to remember to tap up on the underside of the brake pedal whenever I park it, and just walk around the back of the jeep to double check. Haven't checked any of the other culprits yet though. That seemed to be the major one as I haven't had any big problems starting up since then. It sputters a bit and takes a minute to turn over, but that's about all. Hope that solution helps!
