It's a K&N kit from a 94 grand cherokee. I pulled off from the JY for $10. A little cutting and I've got a shield...
If i didnt find the K&N from the GC, i would use sheet metal. Get a heavier gauge.

its alot easier to fold and refold, throw away and try again with free cardboard....

No problem, I think I might be looking at making this one better. If you get one made i'd like to see your product. Shoot I might make one for fun to do a write up. Sounds like fun.
