So,
-you have power and ground from the pcm
-all injectors spray except for #1
-#1 injector has lower resistance then the rest
So, if what your telling us is 100% accurate, it sounds to me like it's a bad injector. Possible excuse for injector upgrade?
Only other thing I can think to try would be powering the injector manually to see if you can get it to open up

Then, I would say re check that you are in fact getting power to the injector, and because if you can open it manually then the injector is fine. Which means there is a problem with the power supply. Are you 100% positive that when you did the bottle test that you got no fuel from injector 1? How many volts did you feed to the injector to open it? And how did you determine the injector opened? sound? Fuel flow?
all i did was connect some wires to the old plug i took off it connected the ground to the battery an used a stethoscope to listen to the injector...taped the postive on the battery an the injector is clicking

If I'm not mistaken, the injector are only to get around 5volts (someone correct me if I'm wrong) but you can use a 9volt battery for testing. And as said above, it may click but not flow. And you should be able to hear it click without a stethoscope.
Were you using a noid light, or an actual test light (to check for 12V)? If you used a standard test light, this DOESN'T mean you have a good ground, since the signal would be grounding through the test light. Sure sounds like wiring or computer problems.
