Just a quickie
Just a quick question for ya'll, im planing to convert my 2wd XJ to 4wd. will the AW4 tranny that is in the jeep now bolt up with a NP231 out of a 5 speed AX15? thanks in advanced.

The 2WD versions of the AW4 are actually different on the back than the 4WD versions to accommodate for the lack of transfer case. You'll need to find a transmission from a 4WD model
