Default just installed a bastard pack...what did i do??

Just installed the leafs and can't quite get the centerpins to line up. Also the spring perchs seem to be tilted forward/don't sit flush with the leaf pack. How do I fix this?

It takes some muscle to get them lined up. The leaf springs will set flush on the spring perch once you tighten your u-bolts. I highly recommend some 4 degree shims to help with your driveline angle.

Ok I'll give it another shot in the morning and post pics because I don't think that when the center pins go in I don't think they'll sit flush. Are the shims pretty easy to do? I've never seen a writeup

Shims are easy, just slide them onto the center pin before the leaf springs. Fat end goes to the rear. You can find them on eBay fairly cheap. Tighten the center pin before you jack the axle back up. That will get them flushed up.
