I just had a few questions about my '91 Laredo.

1) I know this will probably sound ignorant and I dont blame you if you laugh, but what do I need to do to fix the read window-wiper fluid spray..thing? The thing that sprays window cleaner on the window so the blade can clean it.. The little part that the hose connects to broke off and now all I get is a straight stream backwards (which has aided me in a very LARGE amount of pranks on my friends)

2) I have an automatic. On the left of the steering wheel beside the rear window heater button is a white button with a little red light on the top.. What is this for? If needed I can take a pic of it and post it.

3) When examining my engine compartment, I looked at the radiator and saw two fans, one had a fan clutch and the other seemed electric.. Im confused. Why have both and what is each for?

4 and last) The gaskets/seals around my windows are cracked and look bad. I've considered replacing them. Does anyone know the mech name for them and where I might can get some more?

3) Mechanical fan runs all the time...obviously. It pulls air through your radiator too cool it better. The electrical fan, kicks on if extra cooling is needed, or when you have your a/c on.
not sure about 4 mine are cracked too haha.

 

ok 2 is the fog light switch if you have them

 

Looks like 2&3 have a solid answer so far...

#4, not sure.

#1, Get a new spray nozzle, if its set the same as the "late" models, that little thing clips on and off the wiper arm, snag one at the JY!

thats weird for the fog light switch, mine is all the way to the left, right next to the headlight plunger, mines an 86 but still lol. and which seals are bad? the ones in the tracks where the window slides up or the ones that "squeegee the window? i found em once online, still aint done em, but ive found em before, lmk and ill do some searchin for ya

 

Well it seems you got it all about covered but just letting you know there i not dumb question you can ask here except the one you dont ask, and if someone says other wise they must of forgoten about when they didnt know and someone had to tell them. Lets see the pic of this 91 laredo. I have one also. lol
