Won't help the bearings, camshaft, lifters, etc. Water (Ethylene glycol) makes a very poor lubricant.

Yea previous owner was original owner but had just purchased a new pickup a year or two ago so i dont think he cared to put the time into the jeep. Ill do my best to get her healty

I would try fixing it yourself. You can get detailed write ups with step by step instructions. Then it's just having the tools, time, and money to do it.
