I know if you have ABS it can be a bit of a pain. When my rear hard line split on my 98 I just opted to remove the ABS pump. I would also plan on replacing the soft line in the rear as well. If your hard line was rusty enough to split then I can promise that you will not want to deal with the hard line to soft line connection.

Should be a fairly easy and straight forward job then.

just did mine 2 weeks ago. its pretty strait forward. take old line out, bend new line to look like the old one, install new line, and bleed the brakes. you will need a double flare kit.

Ok so after a good use of the GOOGLE SEARCH TAB!!!!! I came to find alot of info on what to do and what fittings I need or the ones that are SPECIAL.
(Like the one on the P-valve from the rear line)
So I went and looked at all my fittings and they all seem clean and non rusty....EXCEPT the rear one on the rear line. Right there at the rear after the rocker, it starts getting real rusty. Its all leaking from right there before the hardline connects to the soft line. It could be the fitting its loose. I havent pumped the break while under it, but most likely it's a hole in the line. I found a picture of the stock line off and a new bent line right beside it.
Now i just gotta see if he can double flare...Or even if he has the tool.
