Jumping Speed-O,Tach, and Gas Gauge

Jumping Speed-O,Tach, and Gas Gauge
Hi guys a few months back I noticed my speed o and tach would jump around for a second but all the other gauges seemed fine now as time went on it started to get worse and worse now they start doing it after just a few mins. of driving and i also noticed now that the gas gauge will go about 1/4 of an inch past the full mark on the gauge. But the weird thing i noticed is if i put the pedal to the floor while driving those 3 gauges all work fine until i let up and drive normal any help on this? also its a 96 XJ auto 4.0 with 217k
