'96- pull a plug, crank and see if you have spark.
If not, check for +12V at the coil connector (key on).
If nothing there check for+12V at the ASD relay and try swapping relays.
If nothing there check for power at the ASD fuse in the PDC.

Now check the other coil terminal. (the one that isn't the +12V power input). Should be somewhere between zero and 14 volts while cranking, typically 8-9 volts. If so your PCM is switching to ground as it should. If it stays at battery voltage or zero volts while you crank the engine, your PCM coil driver isn't working. (or the harness opened up).

If spark checks out OK, check your fuel pressure at the rail and listen/feel to see if your injectors are operating. They make a pretty solid click.

thanks for the info so far, however it started up this morning.Still ave issues,dome lamps on all the time,no power locks and no gauge lights.When I check the fuses with a test light, the fuses spark.Could a bad relay under the right side of the steering cause that?
