One of my buddy's had a chip on his 4.0 but I cost a ton and helped but for the price he paid he coulda just waited a little longer for a motor swap. If its under 100 I wouldnt waist money on it all it will probably do is tell the computer your running cold I believe. .. but thats just a hip shot in the dark

4.0 engines don't give you much at all for gains with chips. The claims are heavily exaggerated in advertising. Save your money. Put your $$ into a tuneup, fresh fluids, etc. Basics; it's a basic motor. Especially if it's stock.
