hi every one , i am a complete newbie to forums but it was suggested that these things are great so here go's

i have a 4.0l cherokee jeep that when the revs get to about 1800rpm at around 60mph going up hill it kinda jerks about as if its abit like a kangaroo , give it more gas and its ok or let off the gas its ok, at all other speeds not noticed it. tick over does seem a slightly up and down but only minutley.
changed plugs , air filter and oil , no difference !!

does any one have any ideas what this could be ?
really would appreciate some advice

Manual or auto Transmission. Could be out of balance tire...

 

hi there thanks for reply, its an auto and definetaily an engine judder, kinda lurches a bit as it looses then picks up again almost as if its missing some fuel as it jerks ?

 

What plugs did you put in? The 2000-2001 with the coil packs work best with NGKs I like the NGK v-power @ $2 per it's a cheap fix if that's the problem.
