Just wanted to add, I guess the NSS does a number of things. Just because the reverse lights work doesn't mean it's grounding the starter relay properly.
I like that CPS info Btw. You know, our Renix is easy to test. Googleing CPS testing I DID find some AC out-put specs for something, (non Renix), A Beemer thou, or a Sabb or something.
If you do change out your CPS, do us a favor and note your AC Volts out of it cranking before and after. Or maybe you already have enough to deal with!

Little update for today. I did nothin but check the ignition wire under the dash. Made sure it was in the fuse block good then followed it to the steering column and made sure it was tight well maybe it was loose cuz my volts gauge fuel gauge and fuel pump all kicked on. BUT my key won't roll the starter over I still have to trip the starter relay with my finger to start it. But I did drive it and it never died

I had a similar problem with a Chevy I used to have. I would uptaking the ignition switch out and apart and cleaned all the contacts with some 2000g sand paper. All the contacts almost looked burnt, so after cleaning them I put some battery terminal protector on them and I was good to go. Hope that helps.

I did a little Goggling and found this: http://www.ehow.com/how_5982700_repl...on-switch.html
I would check to see if the switch it putting power to the relay. Also I believe the NSS needs to ground it, and it needs to work.
I would try just swapping the relay with the AC clutch if I could.
Nothing to do with your cluster, but do you have 7 relays in a row in the PDC? If so the starter is second from the rear. Next forward is the ASD, but the one forward of that is just the AC clutch, and you can swap them. Pretty easy to do, then then you could rule that out. (check/clean the blades, plugs)

All my relays are there. I don't have abs so that's not there. I swapped the relays around.
Im leaning towards the ignition switch.
