Default jeep want stay running

i need some help with a fuel problem im getting fuel into the rail up top.the only way it will stay running is take the vacume hose off the fuel pressure regulater.I have replace the fuel pump and fuel filter.gas is going thought them just fine but we are thinking it is the regulater but not for sure eny help please.

My manual shows that with the vacuum hose disconnected you do get a higher fuel pressure.


With hose attached 31-33 With hose disconnected 39-41

yea i just dont have a gauge to check it but im just going try and get one and go from their.and if it doesnt work them ill have to check the fuel pump again
