well as long as it aint the head i dont give a ****, but i think i might get a new radiator and switch to the open system.

could be a head gasket, are you building pressure in the cooling system?

well i had left the over flow cap off cuz my dad said that sometimes if its got a cracked head some bubbles might come back up but it just acts like its not getting any coolant.

The radiator cap would be something I would possibly try replacing before I bought a new radiator new ones maybe 10 or 15 dollars vs. Idk 100 or 150 for a new radiator( just a guess at the price of the radiator)
