Default Jeep is sick ....AGAIN!!! Need help.

So heres the deal, I installed A/C 2 days ago and it was wonderful. I drove to work and sat there in the A/C, went to go to lunch and it immediately starts idling rough the A/C compressor kicks on then immediately off every now and then it will idle normal for a split second. when I accelerate normally it shakes but under heave acceleration it stops shaking but lacks power. A couple possibly unrelated questions: the battery meter seems low, related? WTH is a death wobble? is that what i have?

I don't think you have death wobble man, not from installing A/C. Maybe your idle is just rough because its not used to the A/C using up some of your engines power. everyone loses power when they turn on A/C, and acceleration times get crappy too. Don't know why your jeep is shaking though. does your battery meter fluctuate? or is it just constantly low

I'm dealing with my own death wobble issue at the moment. Trust me, if you had it, you'd know it. You really feel like you're going to die when it starts going. It can be a whole bunch things. Just do a search for "death wobble" here and in google. You'll get tons of info.

Good luck!

been reading anyone had any O2 sensor issues? a few people say that it smells like gas (check) and idles rough (check) and has crappy acceleration (check) so i wonder? getting nervous its my DD and im broke, hate to drive it 50 miles like this.

someone said death wobble is a camber issue..... my suspension and tires are good.

O2 sensors change fuel/air trim and if ones going bad it can cause mis-fires, so if it's misfiring then you'd have bumpy acceleration and extreme lack of acceleration. but its probably expensive to fix, I've only changed a couple on my vw and i know they were expensive!! anyway a bad o2 sensor would also give very lousy gas mileage, if yours has never been changed its probably a good idea anyway

pretty sure that its not the dreaded death wobble, i pulled the O2 sensor and it looked clean-ish (gonna try and replace it but funds are limited). alot of my vacuum lines look crappy but all have good suction gonna go that way first.
