Other than that it really sounds like that at idle it's only running on the air from the PVC rather than getting any air thru the IAC. If the IAC is working ok,is the passage/inlet in the throttle body where the air gets into the IAC gunked up?
As much as I don't like rattle can rebuilds try spraying some tb cleaner into the inlet slot in the tb when it's running. Manifold vacuum should suck it thru the passage......if the IAC is open
stalling issue seems to be fixed. Put new MAP and 02’s in and it wasn’t stalling!!! Now it just idles a bit weird. Fuel pressure was at 53 should be around 49 +\- 5

I have a similar problem with my 1989 Jeep Cherokee 4.0. Runs rough, makes an occasional knocking sound, doesn't quite idle as high as it should be. I pulled off the EGR vacuum hose to put a vacuum gauge on the motor to see what was going on and it ran great! I know I'm running rich because when the car is cold it is spewing black particles in the condensate coming out the exhaust. I listened to each fuel injector and they all seem to be actuating normally. I've probably replaced the IAC valve half a dozen times... so that is probably the first thing I'll try.
