Jeep is really squeaky...

Jeep is really squeaky...
So I took my jeep threw some mud a couple days ago, and the next morning I cleaned it off, and thoroughly cleaned under my jeep with a hose.
But now it constantly squeaks, whenever I go over a small bump or make a turn my suspension will squeak and its very annoying...
Is there anything I can do to fix the squeaks? I never had them before until I sprayed under my jeep with water.

Squeeky Clean? Yea mine too. 
Find it, see what it is, then squirt it with something. I use that spray chain & cable lube on latches and hinges. dono if spring bushings are actually rubber, petroleum on rubber not good. Silicone?
