Jeep not running on cold start
Hi guys. My 97 XJ starts OK but stalls immeadiately when cold, it won't run at a fast tickover when cold. I have to let it warm up with my foot on the pedal to keep it at around 1000rpm. Once warm it then idles at around 700-800 as it should. Then I can stick it D and go.
Any idea what tells the car to idle quicker when starting from cold? I'm guessing there's a sensor that reads the temperature.
Cheers, Paul
