What year is the jeep? That little round bubble is for your key less entry...depending on what year it is you can order a replacement key fob for key less entry..

Both are wrong but Big Brother is close. It is the way the IRS is watching you so they don't have to audit everyone.

What black bubble thing? Can you guys post up a pic of it? I have a overhead console, would it cover the black bubble thing? Mine is a 99 if you can't tell from the name.

Do you think that mine might be under the overhead console? I don't see any reason for them to put it in plain site like that on the newer ones. Is there a way I can contact the dealer to see if it came with that option?

No 99 if you have one it will be where you can see it b/c I think your fob has to be pointed at it for it to work.

I don't know if the keyless entry is the same on a XJ as a ZJ but I don't have to point my fob at the Jeep at all, I can be in the house with fob in my pocket and lock and unlock my 98 ZJ . I think somewhere around 95 or 96 they changed how they work....but this might be for a ZJ
