Default Jeep no start help!!

okay here is the story i got in to drive home from work and it fired right up got a mile or two down the road and i got on it pretty good. Near wide open throttle, as soon as i let off and when to grab some pedal it was like my jeep was stuck at idle and had no throttle response at all. 10 seconds later it choked and died and i havent gotten it to start again. It has plenty of fuel pressure and its getting spark and blew the 15 amp iginiton fuse. Replaced the fuse and blew it again imediatly. tried it again and it hasnt blown another one, but still wont fire. It is a 95 cherokee xj and i did the key trick to pull a code. and was getting code 123? Throttle position sensor voltage high. pulled the connector off tested voltage and was getting 5v exactly. I ran and grabbed a new throttle position sensor to see if it would be a fix still not. i flashed the ecu and have had no luck dont know where to go from here any suggestions???

Check for power in and out of fuse .Also check if o2 wiring has not fell on rear drive shaft and rub thru causing issue it a very common problem.

Is it cranking normally when you turn the key? And can you hear your fuel pump engaging normally?

Should get 12 and 55 try again. Theres also a cam position/hall effect sensor that will cause no spark. That would show as 54.
