My jeep is leaking red fluid. What is it? Transmission fluid?

Trans fluid or transfer case leaking. Could be blood, your jeep may be depressed and decided to start cutting itself. My advice is to get it dirty so it's happy again, and never wash it again.

I noticed it in front of my front drivers wheel well. It looked like a lot but I don't think it's dripping.

Check your tranny fluid, if it's low, you could burn up the tranny, that equals big$$$

Yeah I did. It's one of the hoses under my engine block. How would I go about getting that hose?

those are tranny lines i would cut out the bad pc and get a pc of tubing and sme hose clamps and patch ,you can poss get the lines at dealer or auto parts not 100percent on that.
