Default Jeep Just Cranks Does not turn over

Hello, I have a 1992 Jeep Cherokee Manuel Transmission. I have had it since 1995 and it is a beast. Still going, well up until now. I was driving and the clutch master cylinder went out. I changed it out and the clutch slave cylinder went out as well. I have done this job before on my jeep twice. I took off the transmission and installed the new slave cylinder and put everything back together. But now, my jeep wont turn on. It just cranks. I went back and checked if I forgot to connect a wire but I connected everything. I went and I check my grounds. Im not sure if I checked all of them but the ones I did check I cleaned and tighten. It is getting gas. I have done this job twice before and I never had problems with the engine after I put the transmission back. Where did I go wrong? I would appreciate any information on what is going on.

My first though is the crank sensor in the bell housing. Did you remove it prior to pulling the transmission? It's pretty easy to damage the end or the wiring if you don't get it out of the way first. Of course, check that it's reinstalled and connected too. You won't get fuel or spark, or at least not consistently, if that were broken.

Thank you Lawsoncl, I think you are correct. I was questioning that sensor at the top of the bell. I think I did damage it in the past when removing the transmission and just ordered a new one. But I think I may have damaged it again. I did not know what it was for. I just order the part. I will give an update once I install it.
