jeep gods hate me engine noise

i just swaped the engine out it didnt do this before i changed the starter any ideas only does it mostly at incline and some at flat

flex plate bolts tight? exhaust hitting something?

i will double check i did it other day the flywheel to torq and i dont believe it is would it do that from engine internal it has 35 psi

Flywheel bolts to crank. Check that for movement?

Something is hitting the flexplate.

Doesn't sound internal to me. Sounds like the flexplate or the exhaust is hitting something. 35 psi hot or cold?

in morning ill double check flex play starter and take 2 videos flat and on incline
