So i replaced my fuel pump and filter on my 95 cherokee after the fuel pump died. now when i'm driving down the freeway and my gas is under half a tank it will cut out and die for about 10 - 15 seconds and then it'll start back up... any ideas?

 

mine does it when its a 1/4 or lower and only around corners or if I smash on the gas.

Is yours doing it even just driving straight?

I believe it has to do with the location of the suction hose on the fuel pump.
