Default Jeep cherokee electrical issues

Hello I am looking for some feedback from people that know about jeep Cherokees. I have a 1999 jeep cherokee sport with some electrical issues. The issues are as follows,

-Both blinkers turn on when I turn on the left blinker.

-Only the right brake light works.

-Windows operate only from master switch.

-Electric door locks are inoperative.

-Secondary electric cooling fan is intermittent.

My first feeling is that i would be the BCM ;but,I would appreciate any feedback.

Hey, welcome to the site. These are pretty common and have nothing to do with the PCM (assuming BCM is a typo?). Try searching in Google with "site:cherokeeforum.com" and you'll get good results.

These are usually the result of bad grounds in the body. Chances are on of them is causing both issues. I'd start in the left rear behind the spare tire. There are a few threads covering these out there.

Very very common. The window control lock button flakes out and wiring between the door and body usually breaks after 15 years. Various fixes are around here

This is going to need a lot more detail. The auxilliary fan comes on when the PCM reads the coolant at 218 degrees, off at 213, and whenever the A/C compressor is engaged. Always on is a problem.

Here's the write up for the window fix. There are 2 ways to fix it in this write up if you go with the first one DO NOT use the paper clip. Use a piece of insulated wire.
