Default Jeep Cherokee crank but does not start

My jeep 95 Cherokee has replaced crankshaft position sensor distributor spark plugs and good spark plug wires and good ignition cable I had it timed as well by a professional but it cranks and doesn't start used starter fluid nothing not even a pop. What does happen though is my oil gauge builds and than it pops and oil gauge goes down so it builds oil pressure but nothing. I haven't checked my fuel pump and my fuel psi is at 40

we replaced new cps and new cam sensor but still has no spark we bought the parts from ebay is it possible that is not good quality? I read some other post it says the 02 sensor can cause no spark so we order one and yet about to see if it's gonna work.the last resort would be the computer but that's a little expensive so we thought we try the little parts first i will post again for the result thanks.
