it was huge on portal axles Michelin's or w/e it was huge. There is no frame.

those look like 53" michelins to me but that still so bad ***

the snipit says "with what appears to be the big Unimog portal axles, 52-inch michelin XL tires and an otherwise stockish, but obviously well used jeep on top of it, we were really curious about the buil. it's not easy to get those heavey drivetrain parts to stay under a unibody XJ. we never did catch up with the owner of this jeep:after walking through the obstical course like it was a small speed bump, the jeep and owner dissapeared"

I saw that and was very impressed. Tires are too big to truly be useful IMO.

I know but it would look better with tires in the 40" range IMO. No clue why I said "truly useful". What I meant to say was that they're too big for my taste.

it does need 42s that a lil to big for rc but mud bogging would be sick
