Yeah their cheep jeep isn't what us commoners call cheap but it is fairly inexpensive and gives you some good ideas for a build. You just have to get passed the fact that they spend more then most of us can afford and just take from it various ideas of what you could do to yours.

I gotta say episode 5 is a let down..They basically went over common sense stuff any wrencher would know..No meat about the actual build so I guess episode 6 might have some actual meat of the build.

was 5 with the dyno? that was discouraging to any old 4.0 owner.

Skyjacker and Quadratec, both may be sponsors, but so is Rusty's. Trucks and Xtreme4X4 both have big Rusty's commercials in them, sometimes even 2 of them per episode. I know Rusty's is not one of the popular lift recommendations, but if your advertising a "Cheap Cherokee", you'd think a cheaper lift would be better. Flager XJ is right though, compared to their other builds, a $7000 build on a free Cherokee is a down right bargain. I personally would have loved to see a Rusty's lift put through it's paces. Especially on a trail that I can be at in a about an hour and a half.

yeah i would have liked to see a rustys lift on it instead of the skyjacker. but oh well it has been a desent build so far and they have covered some good points on the xj's. that dyno runs where bad though 33 or 34 in 4x4 was crap. but when you have a spun rod bearing i guess you aint going to have a good run
