Iron Man 4x4 Fab Track Bar
Just got my new track bar from iron man 4x4 fab.
The big brown truck just droped it off. No time to put it on today but hopefully on Monday (next Day off) I'll get it installed, we'll see if that cures my current DW situation.

Sorry, I do plan on doing a build type thread on it. Also I tend to have questions, I just threw that post on real quick to get the ball rolling.
To start;
What is the best method to get the track bar adjusted right? I was thinking I could get things centered then I'll install the top portion first then adjust the lower portion until I can fit it into the lower mount. Sound about right?

install the top bracket, install the bottom joint. Center your front end then adjust your upper joint until it installs correctly.
Where in West. MI? I"m north of GR about 30 miles.

Answer is
install the top bracket, install the bottom joint. Center your front end then adjust your upper joint until it installs correctly.
I copied his previous statement and forgot to change color to separate it.
Hope this eliminates the confusion.
GoJeep has an excellent write up about getting the axle centered correctly.
Trackbar set up
Hope this helps.

with the track bar disconnected shake the jeepit should center itself and instal the track bar. Take measurements just incase tho. Hopefully it does solve your DW and remember to torque it down to spec, install 10 miles, 100 miles and 500 miles and after your first wheeling trip. you dont want it to wallow out the hole

Started tearing the front stuff apart
I got the old one off ( with the help of Mr. Dremel). Then I took the tie rod end off on the drivers side, it was rusted up and wouldn't adjust, got that off with two monkey wrenchs and a torch ( darn rust). Then I got the larger hole drilled on the uper track bar mount ( took both dewalt batteries to get that 3/4 bit through). Got the tie rod put together and instaled. Went to istall the track bar and found out I didn't have a wrench large enough. I had a 1 1/16 wrench but I needed a 1 1/8. Got that at Menards, also got a 3/4 bolt for my bumper(missing one). Called it a day after that.
Tomorrow I'll install the track bar, and the missing bolt. Ajust everything, test drive, adjust more if needed. Hopefully DW will be gone
