Intermittent rough idle with brake warning lights???

Engine: 4,0L L6
Intermittent rough idle with brake warning lights???
I have a 2000 Grand Cherokee Laredo 4x2 with 4.0 L6. Every now and then, about three times a week I will start the engine, and it idles Extremely rough
. No check engine light, but the ABS and Parking brake light come on and stay on. Generally I turn off the ignition, wait a few second, and it starts back up running smooth as silk and the lights are no longer on
. I have done a complete tune up including new plugs, oil, belt., radiator. ac condensor and receiver/drier/accumulator (works great now) New pads and rotors all around. This 2000 WJ has only 129k miles on it.
Can anyone suggest a solution?
