Seems to happen more under load/heat. The 20amp fuse in power control block (labelled 10 by jeep manual, but seems to be 11 in most wiring diagrams) labelled "Automatic shut down engine control" in manual. Once it starts blowing, it will keep blowing until car rests.

BTW, I replaced the alternator not too long ago. Seeing some indications around that and the fuse in question...
I had this happen on my 99 after an alternator replacement. If the engine revved over 4k or so, the ASD fuse would blow. Got a replacement alternator and the problem went away. I didn't diagnose it much once I figured out the high RPMs and replacement alternator were causing it. I know the voltage regulator is in the ECU on these, but it was definitely the alternator.
Had mine blowing in the ‘96. Consistently. There was a wire resting on the edge of the valve cover. Had worn the insulation and was grounding out.
