Default Intermittant blinker and blower motor

I have a 99 XJ and have started having problems with the blinkers and blower motor not working intermittently at the same time. I am at a loss for where to even start to trouble shoot this problem. Any thoughts on the matter? At my wits end. I have found hitting a bump in the road will most of the time fix it so it's probably something loose but I don't know where to start.

I looked at the wiring diagrams, nothing jumps out at me. Does your passenger floor board get wet? Take a look at the power distribution center behind the passenger kick panel. It could be corroded. It's a typical culprit of electrical gremlins. That, and bad grounds.

Thanks. The passenger floor board does get wet after a heavy rain. I will check it out.

If you have an aftermarket antenna, it's the lack of a grommet on the antenna wire. It also rusted my floorboard on that side. Lots of rust repair was required.
