Hey Guys

I have an interesting issue,

When i have the A/C going in the Jeep after a while maybe 10 min, i can hear the interior squeak.

everytime i go over a bump or uneven road it squeaks, is this a common problem?

This ONLY happens when the AC is on, so im assuming the plastics cool and there is possibly some shrinkage and the plastics rub against each other causing the squeak. this can be heard in the winter to an extent when its really cold out, then once the cabin warms its back to normal.

I currently have the radio shroud removed and the center console, (unrelated rusty floor work)

Does it squeak from a specific location?

 

It seems like its coming from the centre of the dash. But I really cant pinpoint it.

 

I have the same problem. I tightened the exposed screws (conlole and center dash) and added felt pads, but havent been able to track it down.
