interior lights wont shut off

interior lights wont shut off
the passenger door being opened has never turned the interior lights on but now the lights are always on, could this be a faulty door switch stuck to keep the lights on?

ive had the thing for 7 months and had no idea i always upened the door driving to turn the light on thanks....... last time I let the girlfriend take the jeep out
