Default Interior lights stay on ...

Hi
I have this problem in my 2001 Jeep Sport. The electrition could not find the fuse, so he removed this part (see pic.) .Now they are off, but where is the fuse? And what should I do to solve this problem

Lightbulb

I had this same problem when I bought my 98. those light bulbs were removed and the ignition light ring was removed. when i replaced the bulbs they stayed on and wouldnt go off. turned out that the door jam switch needed adjusted a little bit out so it would get depressed when the door closed.
