Interior lights come on upon braking..?

Interior lights come on upon braking..?
I have a 1999 xj 4.0 aw4 auto trans. 231 tcase. 8" lift 35" tires. Cleaned her off today to get the salt and dirt off her like I do weekly. Now I realized upon braking all my interior lights come on besides Dome lights. Upon releasing they go off. Third brake light stays on with headlights & interior lights I noticed. What could cause this..?
